The Initiative
All Involved is our community initiative under Fathers and Football that opens the door to every parent, guardian, and coach who wants to develop young athletes.
We're welcoming the single moms, aunts, and women in our community because we know the impact goes way beyond just their own kids. When parents step up to coach and mentor, they're changing lives across the whole community—especially for kids who don't have that same level of support at home.
All Involved says: we see you, we support you, and together we're lifting up the next generation.
The Thinking Behind It

The name says Fathers.
We mean it. Fathers are the foundation — getting dads engaged and present is the whole mission. That never changes.
But a child's village is bigger than one person.
Some kids don't have a father in the building. All Involved makes sure those kids still have someone. The goal was always the child.
When more adults invest, more kids win.
Every parent, aunt, uncle, or guardian who steps into a coaching or mentoring role is changing outcomes — not just for their own kid, but for every kid on that team.

Your presence changes the game for every kid who needs to see a leader who looks like them. We want you in this building and on this sideline.
Anyone Who Shows Up
The biggest thing a kid needs is someone in their corner. If you show up for these kids, you belong here.
The mission is the child.

Fathers and Football was built on the belief that when a father shows up, everything changes. All Involved extends that belief — because the kids who need it most are counting on all of us, not just some of us.
