A father's presence
changes everything.

"The greatest play a father can make isn't on the field — it's showing up."

Fathers and Football exists to close the gap between fathers and their children through the shared language of the game. We build programs, connections, and community that give fathers the tools and motivation to show up — on the sideline and in life.

Built on three pillars

Presence

We believe a father's physical and emotional presence is the single greatest advantage a child can have. Everything we build is designed to bring fathers closer to their kids.

Community

No father should feel alone in this. We build networks of coaches, dads, and mentors who sharpen each other — because the strongest teams are built on relationships, not plays.

Legacy

What you build with your child outlasts any season. We help fathers think beyond the game — instilling values, discipline, and love that carry their kids into adulthood.

The game teaches. The numbers show.

Got That Dawg In Me

After standout games, one athlete earns the belt. It's not about stats — it's about grit, hustle, and heart. The kind of effort that makes teammates better and coaches proud. Every kid who straps on that belt earned it the hard way.

Two teams. One mission.

Every dollar donated to Fathers and Football goes directly into these two programs — developing players, supporting coaches, and keeping fathers connected to the game.

On the Horizon

What's next

Football is where we started, but it's not where we stop. We're in the early stages of exploring how FAF can grow into new areas that serve our families and community.

STEM

We're exploring partnerships that would bring career and technical education opportunities to our players and their families. Two early conversations are underway, but nothing is confirmed yet.

Charitable Partnerships

We're beginning to plan how FAF can partner with charitable organizations in a meaningful way. No partners or specifics to announce yet, just the intention to build something real.

Community Involvement

Beyond the teams, we want FAF to have a broader presence in the communities where our families live. We're starting to think about what that looks like.

The play starts with you

Whether you're a father, a coach, a business, or someone who believes in this mission — there's a place for you here.

Volunteer

Bring your time, your story, or your skills. Every program runs on people who showed up.
