Fathers and Football is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN 42-1980182). No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations. Your entire contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a written acknowledgment by email.

Sponsorship Levels
Fathers and Football is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN 42-1980182). Because each sponsorship tier includes tangible benefits (such as logo placement, event invitations, or co-branded programming), only the portion of your contribution that exceeds the fair market value of the benefits you receive may be tax-deductible. In accordance with IRC Section 6115, Fathers and Football will provide each sponsor a written acknowledgment that includes a good-faith estimate of the fair market value of the benefits associated with your selected tier. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.

Every sponsorship tier includes placement on fathersandfootball.org and across FAF programs. Placements last the length of your sponsorship term.
Your logo on every player's jersey, worn at practices, games, and the NFL FLAG National Championship. Seen by families, coaches, and tournament crowds across Texas and beyond.
Your name on the team walkout banner and sideline materials at every game and championship event. The Merritt Law Firm banner was on the NFL FLAG sideline in Indianapolis.
