This privacy policy describes how Fathers and Football and its rec league teams ("we", "us") collect, use, and protect information provided by parents and guardians ("you") through our team communication systems.
When you text our team number, we receive your phone number and the content of your messages. We use this information solely to provide team updates, answer your questions, and manage team logistics such as practice schedules, game reminders, and snack sign-ups.
Your phone number and messages are used exclusively for team communication. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third parties. Your information is never used for marketing or advertising purposes unrelated to the team.
Messages are processed by our automated team assistant and are not stored permanently. Phone numbers are retained only for the duration of the current season to facilitate team communication.
Our SMS service is provided by Microsoft Azure Communication Services. Messages are transmitted through their infrastructure subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact your team's head coach directly to be removed.
Our service communicates with parents and guardians, not directly with children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.
