The Seven

Seven values. Every rep. Every practice. Every season. These aren't rules — they're the standard.

1

Effort

Give full commitment every rep

2

Discipline

Master small details consistently

3

Integrity

Act with honesty and accountability

4

Brotherhood

Lift teammates up, build trust

5

Confidence

Know your preparation and abilities

6

Toughness

Develop mental and physical resilience

7

Legacy

Leave places better than you found them

The Philosophy

Father First. Then Coach.

Parents handle development work outside of practice. Coaches focus on team dynamics during practice. This protects the athlete's joy in the game — and keeps the father-child relationship where it belongs: at home, not on a clipboard.

Coalition, Not Just a Team

Legacy Seven United operates as a coalition. The programs in Virginia and Texas function independently — different coaches, different cities, different leagues — but share the same seven values, the same coaching philosophy, and the same expectation placed on every athlete.

Mothers Welcome

Anyone willing to show up for a child belongs here. Single mothers, grandparents, guardians — presence is what matters. This program is built around commitment, not biology.

Remove Every Barrier

Through the Fathers and Football foundation, the program works to cover league fees, equipment, travel, and facility costs so that no athlete misses out because of money.

Justin Floyd — Head Coach & Founder

Justin Floyd

Justin Floyd has been coaching youth football for over 16 years across Texas and Virginia. He's a 4x championship coach who believes every athlete is worth the investment — and that the father standing on the sideline is just as important as the one holding the clipboard.

Legacy Seven United is his way of building what he wished he'd had — a program where the game is the vehicle, not the destination.
