Frisco Elite is a competitive youth football program in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Under the Fathers and Football umbrella, this team competes at the highest level while keeping fathers at the center of the player development process. The rings prove what the culture builds.
Head Coach & Founder
Rob Washington is the founder and head coach of Frisco Elite, a competitive youth flag football program based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A father first and coach second, Rob built Frisco Elite from the ground up with one goal — to create a program where young athletes are developed with the same intensity and discipline that championship-level competition demands.
Under Rob's leadership, Frisco Elite won the 2025 Dallas Cowboys NFL FLAG Regional Championship in the 10U Division, with Carter Edwards earning the tournament's Franklin MVP award. Rob coaches with purpose — demanding effort on every rep, accountability on and off the field, and a standard that every athlete in the program carries with pride. As a founding father of Fathers and Football, Rob embodies the mission: a father who saw the power of showing up and built a program that extends that impact to every family in his community.
