All practices: 6:00 PM at Stafford Middle School.
Wednesdays and Fridays through October 10. After October 10, Fridays
only through November 7.
All practices end once the team qualifies for Nationals. Season ends
November 7, resumes February 2027.

Frisco Elite is a competitive youth football program in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Under the Fathers and Football umbrella, this team competes at the highest level while keeping fathers at the center of the player development process. The rings prove what the culture builds.
Head Coach & Founder
Rob Washington is the founder and head coach of Frisco Elite, a competitive youth flag football program based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A father first and coach second, Rob built Frisco Elite from the ground up with one goal — to create a program where young athletes are developed with the same intensity and discipline that championship-level competition demands.
Under Rob's leadership, Frisco Elite won the 2025 Dallas Cowboys NFL FLAG Regional Championship in the 10U Division, with Carter Edwards earning the tournament's Franklin MVP award. Rob coaches with purpose — demanding effort on every rep, accountability on and off the field, and a standard that every athlete in the program carries with pride. As a founding father of Fathers and Football, Rob embodies the mission: a father who saw the power of showing up and built a program that extends that impact to every family in his community.
Co-Founder & Coach
Justin Floyd is the Co-Founder and President of Fathers and Football, and now coaches alongside Rob Washington on the Frisco Elite sideline. A father first, Justin brings the same standard he holds at home to every practice — discipline, real accountability, and the belief that confidence is built through reps, not compliments.
For Justin, coaching Frisco Elite isn't separate from the mission of Fathers and Football — it's the mission in action. Showing up, doing the work, and building the same character in these athletes that he asks of every family in the program.

This isn't drop-off football. Fathers are woven into the system — understanding the game, reinforcing the values at home.

Where We're Headed
Frisco Elite is growing into a true Select program. Here's what that means for our athletes, our families, and our community.
We're building a Select Team that competes in both Rec and Elite Divisions, raising the level of competition and opportunity for every athlete on the roster.
We're adding to our rosters and bringing in new players. This program is growing, and we're building it with athletes who want to compete at this level.
Joining this program is a commitment — from the athlete and from the family standing behind him. We're building something that asks for both.
FAF is building partnerships and sponsorships to bring real resources to every program we run — not just Frisco Elite.
And our reach goes beyond the field. Fathers and Football is building toward supporting our community on and off the field — through STEM as well as Athletics.
